Barker Systems is 100% owned and managed by Guyanese from its base in the United States of America. In February, 2019, the company was officially registered in Guyana and currently operates out of its Georgetown annex.
The company is registered with the Local Content Secretariat and the Centre for Local Business Development (CLBD).
